Privacy notice

Last updated to reflect the current implementation of this portal release. This is a baseline notice, not a substitute for formal legal review.

Document status: implemented, linguistically reviewed (English baseline) — legal review not yet evidenced. This notice is truthful and accurate to the portal’s current technical behaviour, but is not publicly enabled as a legally reviewed document until a qualified professional confirms the flagged sections below.

Scope

This notice covers the ELAB360 Portal public website only. It does not cover any other ELAB360 LTD system.

What this portal collects

The only personal information this portal actively collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: name, email address, optional organization, a description of what you want to build, solve, develop or transform, and which of the listed categories best describes your enquiry.

What happens to contact form submissions

Submissions are validated on the portal server. In this release, no automated delivery channel (email service or governed service-request endpoint) is connected, and no database is configured. Submitted data is not stored by this portal beyond the request used to validate it.

REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW: this section must be revisited once a production delivery and storage mechanism is implemented.

Cookies

This portal does not set optional cookies, and does not use analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts. See the Cookies page for detail.

Third parties

This release does not connect any third-party analytics, advertising, or embedded services.

Your rights

If you have contacted ELAB360 through this portal and want your information corrected or removed, contact ELAB360 through the Contact page.

REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW: a full statement of data-subject rights under applicable law should be added by a qualified professional before this portal handles production traffic at scale.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated as the portal’s technical behavior changes, including when a production contact delivery channel becomes active.
